"We stayed several days at Landhotel. The staff is very friendly, the food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. It’s a good location for daytrips in the highlands."

"I am incredibly disappointed with both the management and the lack of basic hygiene at this property. After attempting to resolve these issues privately via email and receiving absolutely no response despite multiple follow-ups, it is necessary to warn other travelers. 1. Hidden & Unauthorized Charges We stayed in Room 110, where the front desk staff initially offered us a toothbrush free of charge. However, a male staff member later proceeded to charge an undisclosed amount directly to our room bill without informing us of the price beforehand. Charging guests for items after telling them they are complimentary, without prior pricing transparency, is completely unacceptable. 2. Poor Room Hygiene & Pests The cleanliness of the room was highly concerning. We encountered a significant presence of flies and spiders inside our room during our stay. While we initially chose not to make a fuss out of an understanding of natural circumstances, the combination of poor pest control and dishonest billing practices highlighted a fundamental lack of care for guest comfort and property maintenance. 3. Non-Existent Customer Service What makes this experience truly terrible is the complete lack of accountability. I sent an initial complaint regarding these issues, followed by multiple follow-ups throughout September. The hotel has completely ignored my emails and provided zero reply."

"Clean and spacious family room. Good breakfeast buffet. A sign of quality that breakfeast buffet was fresh and fully stacked even though there were few guests. Nice location. Children enjoyed playing darts in the basement!"
