"Not a 4 star experience. All inclusive does not include "all" (supplements on many drinks) . Lots of steps on property, very steep location, especially for elderly guests. My Favourite option not worth it. Room not a suite in my opinion and many faults. Restaurants poor selection and quality, ran out of bread for toast one morning."

"Rooms were nice and well equipped, Bars were friendly and easy to get served. Bar seating was comfortable but sometimes hard to get a seat after dinner. Sunbeds and pool areas were well equipped. Sea was easy to access from the hotel. Buffet food was nice and plenty of choice, some desserts were nice but there were also fake cream varieties."

"The Hotel generally was OK although not a four star experience as advertised - reception, dining and bar areas are pleasant enough, the lady who checked us in (I think Joanna) was nice but everyone after that was average to poor especially the lady who I asked about our dirty and dangerous bathroom issue. The room was very dated and not well sound proofed both from the entry door and the balcony where we had to suffer some of the dubious music on a couple of evenings. Buffet food was OK but very "same-y" with what appeared to be a lot of frozen product. Staff too quick to take plates etc away also ...felt like you couldn't finish chewing before the plate was whisked away!. Daily "activities" were boring and the same thing at the same time every day. Also Local Bus Service was awful, crowded and inconsistent - better to walk to Tsilivi which takes about 30 minutes. Would not go back."
