"Do not stay here, the hotel is nothing like the photos. You arrive at the main hotel, you walk past all of the rooms which are pictured online, you are then brought to the back of a previous hotel which they have bought and are given a terrible, dated and rundown room. You think that the room you are getting is the ones on the photos as they is no option to upgrade to a better one so be warned. Doors broken, shower curtain zip tied to the roof, we had found weed capsules on the balcony when we got there ( room had clearly not been cleaned, even tho we had to wait 60mins before we could get into our room) dust everywhere, balcony doors broken, hairs found in bedding (we are all blonde) bathroom door broken, unclean room etc. The shower was awful, shower head unclean. We had sent photos to our travel company and they was on the phone to us whilst they were looking at them and she said ‘that is the worst hotel room she had seen, they is no way you can stay in there for 7nights). The travel agent rang the hotel to try and sort our room out for us and she had received abuse from reception and they were rude to her on the phone. Even when we went to reception, all of the receptionist were rude and would just ignore or laugh at you. You are given welcome drinks when you get there and the staff are really friendly however when we had an issue with our room, the staff became quite rude and would not listen to us. The hotel rep would also come into your room when you got there (we found this very strange as they normally approach you around the pool or at the bar) he ‘skipped past the hotel rules’ and got straight to the point at selling the events. We asked if we could think about it and find him later but he said no as he is busy and is going to an important event and we can only pay today. We had staff come into our room to look at the damages and even they said that they would not pay the money we payed to stay in this room. We got a new room however we got put in the room next door, lol. The room was not much better but at least the doors were not broken so we could at least shut them when we were asleep. They is no wifi at this hotel, only if you pay for it, however the guys next door had told us that they had been given the wifi code for free, the treat every guest different. The air con you have to pay for. The room was extremely warm at every point in the day, we would have to keep all the doors open whilst we was getting ready as it was to much. The only good thing I would say about this hotel is the savvy bar, the food was amazing and we ate here everyday. All staff here were really nice and friendly. The hotel is a little walk from the strip I would say about 15-20mins. It depends which room you get put it in, for the noise level on a night."
