Best-of-both-worlds base
You’ll find the Atlantis Hotel on the outskirts of Laganas. You get the best of both worlds here, because it’s in a quieter part of town that’s still within easy reach of the town’s shops, bars, and restaurants. The main ‘strip’ is within a 10-minute walk, and the stunning sands of Laganas Beach are just a few minutes further.
At the hotel itself, you’ve got a curvy pool to dip into and there’s a separate shallow area for little ones, as well as a bubbling whirlpool. The water is surrounded by a roomy sun terrace that’s perfect for lounging on. There’s also a poolside snack bar that serves up drinks and snacks throughout the day, too. And for those that don’t like to spend their days stretched out on a sunbed, there’s a games room with pool and ping pong tables.
Accommodation here comes in the form of apartments and studios. They’re all bright and spacious, and each one comes with a toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, a plasma TV, and a mini-fridge. You’ll also have a private bathroom, and either a balcony or a terrace.
