Klelia Beach Hotel

"Rooms need updating. Strange toilet /bathroom doors. Not for the faint hearted as you can hear everything!!. We were in the annexe which is across the road and very dark in the evening as no outside lights and the wifi is bad there Coming to the end of the season so the pool is freezing. No one comes to clean the pool area. You’re attacked by wasps so no point taking a drink out to the pool and a lot of the time the bar person isn’t around to serve you anyway. Food was ok not great and by the end of the week hardly anything on offer as it was the end of the season. They also ran out of beer but sweet and salty up the road is very very nice. Reception staff are rude. Not the young lady but the two older ones. We asked for extra time in the room as did the two people in front of us as we had a late flight. The first two people got it free of charge but we were told no we had to pay 40 euros so we just hung out in the reception area all day which was fun!!! How can it be one rule for one and one rule for others I would NEVER come back to klelia hotel but I would come back to Kalamaki in a different month. If you want nice food and free drinks all day probably not the place to come fully inclusive as you just don’t get it."

"I absolutely would not recommend this hotel the staff did not want to be there so unfriendly the food very limited bread and salad mostly sometimes chips amd maybe chicken or beef and no beer only ouzo and limited drinks on an all inclusive holiday"

"Good location close to beach and local restaurants , bars and shops. Due to late season sadly a lot of establishments closed. Antonia’s pool bar was open and we went there a couple of evenings for some atmosphere. Main town which has lots of shops, restaurants is worth a visit and just a ten minute bus or taxi ride. Good variety of food at the hotel but the ambiance at the restaurant, bar and pool areas is spoilt by the wasps that are everywhere there are many nests in the roofs at the hotel which they need to control as many guests were stung ."
