Kalidonio Apartments

"To start by saying a massive thankyou to fontini ,jean, and the cleaning lady for a fantastic stay ,fontini such a lovely lady very helpful ,jean such a great young lady always with a smile on her face nothing was to much trouble and as for the cleaner ,she worked her butt off, hard working lady and always smiling ,The complex was beautifully kept ,beautiful gardens ,swimming pool was so lovely and big and had steps to walk into with hand rail for those that need it ,complex itself was so quiet just what you need after a night out from the strip ,which may i add only a 5 min stroll, ,the beach a slow 10 min walk , we stayed in room 202 which had lovely mountain views and just what you want away from being in the sun all day as the back gets shade later in the day ,the biggest plus for us was how quiet it was even though it was height of season august (school holidays) never a rush for sunbeds, you could get up at any time and there was always sunbeds available .thanks again to fontini ,jean and the cleaning lady such a wonderful stay ."

"Upon arrival, the lady behind the reception desk came across as extremely rude and unwelcoming. It seemed as though everything was too much trouble, and there was very little warmth or customer service. We had specifically requested a room at the back of the hotel, yet we were told in a rather dismissive manner that we would have to have one at the back because the hotel was already full. This was particularly frustrating as this was something we had already requested in advance. There was also an incident around the pool that really highlighted the unfriendly atmosphere. A gentleman who appeared to have a bad back was using a white chair from the bar area, presumably because it was more comfortable for him. When he moved the chair, a member of staff came over and questioned him about what he was doing. The way he was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and made the whole situation uncomfortable. Sadly, the atmosphere around the pool in general was extremely poor. There was very little friendliness or holiday atmosphere, and it certainly did not feel like the relaxing environment I had hoped for."

"We have just got back from a week at Kalidonio studios. It’s a beautiful block with gorgeous well kept gardens, very peaceful surroundings which Fotini makes clear right from the off that you need to respect other guests and rightly so. Fotini works very hard as do her other staff. Anna the cleaner is in every day and does an amazing job, we always had clean towels and bedding. The young girl from the snack bar works hard too and she is very polite. All the staff go out of their way to make your holiday as nice as possible. The studios are a 5 minute walk to the main strip and the beach so perfect location. All in all we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return."
