"We stayed here as a couple.
Good things first: great location, pool was nice, had carparking, very clean.
Bad things: Sorry but this is a long list... When we arrived we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the reception desk. There was a scribbled note on the desk asking us to phone a number, we weren't really willing to do this as it would cost money. After 10 minutes we shouted the cleaner from a nearby room who went to get the owner, we waited another 10 minutes. We then discovered the aircon was 9 euros a day, this would have been fine if we'd known but the site we booked it on (love holidays) made no mention of this. The safe was another 4 a day which is ridiculous considering it costs the owner nothing. We were then subjected to the longest tour of the room "key goes in this way up", we just wanted to get out of the heat and settled. We were also treated to a long rant about how she does everything herself. The room itself was basic to the point of ridiculous. There was no bottle opener, no utensils, no wine glasses, just two each of plates, spoons and knives (no sharp ones to prepare food). There was also nothing to clean dishes with and housekeeping did not do this. We spent a fortune just buying basic items to use to make lunches. We were told by the owner that we could place towels on the floor to be washed (also a sign), which we did the following day. We then returned that night to find a sassy note schooling us on the amount of detergent used to was towels that were used "once." By this point we had been in the room 24 hours, had been to the beach, had a shower when we arrived and also the next morning. The shower also leaked from both corners and flooded the entire bathroom and there was no teatowel for washing up so the towels were heavily used at this point. We found the note extremely cheeky. I had to go to reception to ask for a second bathmat so that we could dry one while we were using another, when I asked for one and explained the shower was leaking she muttered "oh so that's why..." . We also had to go and buy clothes pegs to keep the towels from blowing off the balcony while we dried them every day.
The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were so old the filling had all broken up in to lumps. The aircon had bizarrely been installed facing into the enclosed glass balcony so blasted hot air when sitting on it. The rooms were noisy as hell, if anyone was walking up the stairs at night it echoed around the whole building.
We also found the owner incredibly rude, she sat around all day either playing games on her phone and wouldn't even look up to say hello or sat and chatted to the same pair of guests every day (I thought she did everything herself?)
All in all we were not impressed at all. Will not be returning. "
