"I’ll give this a 3 star because that’s the star rating it should be . The place is totally acceptable , but it’s not a 4 star. Let’s give a few examples , the rooms , the actual mattresses do not fit on the bed bases and the bed bases have the sharpest edges . It’s not friendly for families for sure. They’re very basic, frosted glass doors/windows separating the toilet from the bed is far from ideal . The drinks are totally basic which is already known, but the cocktails are the worst I have ever had , they have this machine that measures everything out and bleh, tastes nothing like what it should be. Snacks throughout the day are the most basic you could imagine, it’s like child has prepared them. They out full made burgers in the bin with cheese in a heated pot, the buns stick to the bottom and the burgers are cold inside . Why do t they just do everything separate like the buns in a covered basket, cheese in the fridge, burgers int generated pot and you can make your own. Breakfast/lunch/dinner was decent enough , repetitive , but enough options and fresh , the bread was fantastic and the selection of desserts was great. Our room was clean and the cleaning ladies were very professional and polite, the staff were lovely I’d give them 10/10 Pools are so cold, the bar by the pool is pretty bland and boring , music dull and no TV, entertainment at night time very average and we popped to different hotels where it was great Out of 10 Service = 9 Breakfast/lunch/dinner Food = 7.5 Snacks = 3.5 Facilities = 5 Hotel for a 4star = 3 Value for money = 10/10 Drinks =4"

"We booked this last year after returning from Rhodes we have never been to Zante we would definitely return but to a different hotel we got there after 9pm so missed the meal our room was nice on the ground floor over looking the small freezing pool we had plenty of storage space the shower was powerful but nowhere to store shower gel etc and sometimes a drain smell the staff were lovely Maria & Mary on reception brunna the restaurant supervisor and the cleaners worked hard clean towels daily we had no problem getting sunbeds it was quiet near the pool there is a lot of cats 🐈 and a tiny kitten they looked well kept but I disagree them coming into the dining area some people were feeding them some mornings we found them asleep on our patio chairs the food was hit & miss breakfast was probably the best I mainly had salads lunch & evening the Greek & Mexican night was far the best the drinks like other reviews tasted sweet & sickly cocktails were out of a machine and you could not taste the alcohol the wine was ok and they did serve Prosecco win win for me 😂 it is close to the beach , airport,shops & bars but I don’t think u would return sorry"

"Mel and my partner come to stay here for 4 days and we left after 2. We are not snobs but this hotel put a downer on our holiday. The room is run down, no view the outside bath is painted and dirty. It also didn't work. The bed was like a rock, and no hot water for showers, despite running the water for a long while. The food isn't great either we are there once and never again. The drinks are like sugar and the sports are premixed and taste like sugar and water with no alcohol. It feels like a 2 star hotel that catfished is by some nice pictures. We left early and booked somewhere else because it just didn't feel nice staying there."
