"What a truly amazing place. Beautiful suites, quiet, warm pool, super comfy sun beds and a delicious menu. The staff are brilliant. Really attentive , anticipate your needs, nothing too much. He even ran an errand for me to save me a trip into Skiathos town in the heat. I can't recommend this place enough."

"This is a fantastic hotel, with very large suite like rooms. The staff were universally good, with Nino the barman being the stand out member. He looked after us very well and was a warm and engaging personality. The only criticism would be that the mattress on the bed was a bit tired and needed replacing and the bar was very quiet in the evenings."

"We stayed at Aegean Suites in Skiathos from Friday 4th September to Friday 11th September, and had a truly wonderful holiday. This is a lovely adults-only hotel, made even more special by its great location, beautiful surroundings and, above all, its fantastic staff. Our Deluxe Suite We stayed in a third-floor Deluxe Suite, which was incredibly spacious at approximately 55m². It had a separate living room, tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The suite was spotlessly clean, and the view from our private balcony was simply breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful Aegean Sea. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was watching the beautiful sunrise from our private balcony. Sitting there in the peaceful early morning, watching the sky gradually light up over the Aegean Sea, was simply magical. A truly unforgettable experience. It was everything we could have wished for in a relaxing holiday accommodation. The Staff – Absolutely Exceptional From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we genuinely felt that everyone cared about their guests. A special shout-out to Eleanor on reception, Theodopolis, Aggla, Georgea, Alkinoos, Chris (from the sister hotel), and, of course, the delightful Nino behind the bar. Nino was always so friendly, attentive and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Every member of staff we encountered was fantastic, and they are all a real asset to the hotel. Their warmth and professionalism made such a difference to our stay. The Pool and Breakfast The pool area is lovely, with views across the Aegean Sea. It is a wonderful place to relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is cooked to order, with plenty of choice, and was very enjoyable indeed. It was lovely to start each day with a freshly prepared breakfast in such a beautiful setting. Location The hotel is ideally situated just across the road from Megali Ammos Beach. The beach immediately opposite is slightly shingly, but a short stroll of around 50 metres along the beach takes you to a lovely stretch of golden sand, with sunbeds to hire, and some great bars and restaurants Skiathos Town is approximately a 15–20-minute walk away, or you can take a very quick bus ride from bus stop number 5, which is conveniently located nearby. A Few Things to Bear in Mind The hotel is built on a hillside, so there are quite a lot of steps, particularly if you choose a higher-floor room with those wonderful views. I counted approximately 135 steps from the pool area to our suite! There isn’t a lift. My partner coped perfectly well, but I was certainly a little out of breath at times, especially in the heat. There are ramps available for some of the lower-level rooms, so this is worth considering when booking if mobility is a concern. There were also a few very minor points that could perhaps be improved. I would have expected a steam iron in a hotel of this standard, rather than a traditional iron. The bathroom in our otherwise beautiful suite also felt a little dated and could have benefited from more shelving and storage space. I would also personally prefer designated smoking areas around the pool and restaurant. Overall These are very minor observations, and they certainly did not detract from what was a fantastic holiday. We absolutely loved our stay at Aegean Suites. The beautiful location, spectacular views, lovely accommodation and, most importantly, the wonderful staff made it a truly memorable experience. We would return in a heartbeat and would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this hotel."
