"What a find! This small, family run accommodation was wonderful. Located about 400m off the main road, it is very peaceful. There are 12 self catering rooms situated around a small pool. We arrived around 2pm, dropped by the transfer bus on the main road and had to walk to the studios. Our luggage arrived at the gate about 45mins later. Probably not the best location if you have any mobility issues. On arrival we were shown straight to our room. It was a decent sized room with a large comfortable king size bed. There was a large wardrobe with a safe (extra €1 a day) , dressing table with plenty of mirrors. The kitchenette consisted of a fridge, electric ring and kettle. There was limited cutlery etc. Look you could knock together a basic meal, but who bothers on holiday? The fridge with a little freezer part for ice was handy, along with a kettle for a cuppa. Shower was strong and always hot water. There was an additional charge for the air-conditioning, but with shutters the rooms could be kept cooler. Small balcony with tables & chairs, great for pre meal drinks and breakfast there was also clothes drying rail. The pool was clean, few sun beds and umbrellas around and we never had to wait for one or 'reserve ' one. Some days we were the only ones at the pool. The family work very hard, the room is cleaned every couple of days with occasional change of linen and towels. Bring your own hairdryer and throw a dishcloth and some washing up liquid in the case. Also worth bringing some loo roll as there is only one given per stay. The little bar serves drinks and light bites lovely omelette and home made chips! Right opposite the studio, there is a small supermarket, the famous Crazy Rooster bar (pop back for your cozzie to join pool party) is a must (book ahead) This is not noisy, only 2 nights a week and doesn't impact on stay. There are also 3 or 4 other excellent restaurants within walking distance (again pre book some) Its about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The main bus, bus stop 15 to all the other beaches and Skiathos town is about a 10 minute walk. Clean, quiet, family run. The ladies will help arrange car hire and anything else you need. Fantastic for quiet, restful break. There appeared to be lots of returning couples. We will definitely be back."

"We have returned to Veronika apartments that have a pool and a quiet location yet again to have a lovely stay for two weeks in a wonderful location not far from Kolios beach and Bus Stop 15 for transport to the other beaches further on or into Skiathos Town and a short walk to Provincial Road. We have been well looked after by the family and the apartments are value for money and well looked after, and we will no doubt make a return visit to Veronika. Thanks again for a wonderful two week stay."

"Stayed 4 a week end of August,very quiet village -apartments more than adequate gud size fridge comfortable bed & a gud powerful shower-food & drinks at bar great value-10 min walk 2 bus stop 15 -went 2 Argento & diamond restaurants r 2 minutes away brilliant food & great value-there a must-we went 2 Troulos beach most days lovely sandy beach 20 euros 4 2 sunbeds tavernas on beach great value -all in all a relaxing week away.Supermarket opposite hotel 4 essentials water etc-"
