"We have had a lovely stay at Veronica studios in Kolios. It is a family run business and they were so lovely. The location was very peaceful, rooms were clean. There was no fight for sunbeds, my two daughters had the pool to themselves on a number of days. The beach and bus stop are a ten minute walk away. The accommodation is basic, perfect for what we needed as I never planned on doing any cooking on holiday. There's a supermarket across the road for water, milk, bread, croissants etc. The ladies who run the apartment are very helpful, they advised on restaurants and called a car hire place for us when we asked about best places to go. We are breakfast there everymorning, homemade chips were delicious too, and my daughter loved the club sandwiches. I'd highly recommend if you want a peaceful stay."

"Very basic room. Arrived with no clear check in process we were just shown to our room. It did the job for the week but we were out most of the time. We repeatedly asked for fresh towels and these were not given to us , we also had to ask for soap . The bedsheets were meant to be changed but were not only the bed ‘made’ . Upon check out we planned to have our last shower after the beach and returned to the room having been cleaned , all our belongings moved and told to shower at the bar. (Rudely dismissed) The next guests were already moving in . It all felt very rushed and disorganised. Ok if you want a simple stay. We both left covered in bites (very used to mosquitoes & familiar with what these look like ) but wary of there being bed bugs. Pool area great but only open till 8."

"We just got back from a weeks stay at Veronica Studios and had a very relaxing weeks holiday. The rooms are spotless and basic. As I don’t cook whilst on holiday I wasn’t disappointed with the minimum kitchen appliances. There’s a kettle and a 2 ring hob, a fridge and that’s it. We had breakfast each morning in the bar area and I can highly recommend the omelette and chips (proper chips). We bought fresh bread and cheeses from the shop across the path to snack on. The rooms do have basic crockery and cutlery. Reading previous reviews regarding cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned every 3-4 days which is more than I get at home and was fine. The pool is debugged every morning and evening.. it’s impossible to keep the pool bug free but it is cleaned twice a day. You are not molly coddled here but if you need anything ASK, the family are very helpful. We asked for extra pillows and had them within minutes.. I would definitely recommend and return to this establishment 🥰"
