"The hotel is so pretty and spotless, the cleaners work so hard and all are so polite,(ours especially!). A perfectly positioned beachfront hotel,close to restaurants,bars and shops. It is still an up and coming area so don’t expect the bustle of Fira and Oia and we wanted quiet. The two pools are well maintained but not heated, this can be a shock to the system but you get use to it. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools and also many more on the beach,free of charge. Using the app you can order drinks and food to pools,beach,even rooms. Last but not least, the staff are super friendly and helpful, Nasia and Emerald were always approachable and knowledgeable which always came with a smile. Lovely place and people and we will hopefully be back in the future to see them again."

"I found the Anastasia Princess Luxury Beach Residence on Booking.com, and it had such amazing reviews that it almost felt impossible to believe them — but now we know they were absolutely true. What is truly perfect about this hotel is the staff. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such genuinely positive, friendly, and consistently helpful people. Especially the always kind, smiling, and professional Emerald, who welcomes you at the reception and does everything she can to make your stay wonderful from the very beginning. Then there is the incredibly friendly and professional Nassia, whom you mainly meet during breakfast and who immediately wins you over with her smile and warm personality. She is always attentive, and even though she is technically a stranger, you know you will miss her greetings and kind energy every single day. On the beach we were taken care of by the very kind John and other lovely colleagues as well. You immediately feel like part of a family here, yet it never feels intrusive — quite the opposite. It has exactly the right professional balance. Once again, applause for the entire staff. Ordering drinks and snacks via QR codes on the beach and in the room also works perfectly. The breakfast included in the price is excellent and very varied. The hotel itself is completely new and beautifully designed down to the smallest detail. Gorgeous colors, details, mosaics — everything feels carefully thought out. It is in a fantastic location and has a beautiful beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, so you can eat somewhere different every day. You also have access to two beautiful swimming pools, and we even had a small private pool directly by our room. The pools are not heated, which was a bit of a challenge in May, but I enjoy cold water swimming, so I swam in both the sea and all the pools. I definitely recommend bringing water shoes, because the beach is made of black sand and it can become extremely hot. In our opinion, Perissa Beach is the most beautiful beach on the island, and we saw quite a lot of them. The rooms are slightly smaller than they appear in the photos, but they are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean. The only tiny flaw is that the designer apparently forgot about wardrobes… perhaps they did not fit the room concept. Instead of proper wardrobes, there are shelves and hanging rails. But honestly, that is the only small imperfection in an otherwise perfect hotel."
