Kamari’s black-sand beach is a short taxi-ride away, Pyrgos’ traditional lanes and tavernas are nearby, and the airport is conveniently close without ever intruding. Breakfast is a genuine highlight – fresh fruit, local pies, cheeses, and eggs cooked to order, best enjoyed poolside with the morning stillness. Cocktails are playful and rooted in place: the Caldera blends Jack Daniel’s Honey with vinsanto and cherry tomato syrup, while the Meltemi goes herbaceous and refreshing. The wine cellar rounds things off beautifully, offering guided tastings that make Santorini’s volcanic wines finally click.
The spa at NOŪS is a place where time loosens its grip.
