"I booked a pool day in advance through their official Instagram chat, explicitly agreeing on a total price of 120€ for two people (front row sunbed + minimum consumption), which was clearly confirmed in writing by their staff ("Yes" and booking confirmed). Upon arrival, they completely disregarded our written agreement and tried to charge me 148€ instead, making up excuses about a "mistake" or per-person rates. It is completely unacceptable to trap customers with agreed prices and then change the rules at the cash desk. Zero professionalism and poor customer service. Double-check everything with them, because their written confirmation apparently means nothing."

"I stayed at this property on 08/19/26. Granted that the staff is very kind and professional. I did not like the property for the following reasons: - some rooms (the one they had assigned us before the change) overlook the pool where the music is very loud until 9:00 PM (not relaxing) - the rooms are dirty and with poorly maintained details (mold in the sink) - the gym has broken equipment The view during sunset is to be appreciated"

"5-star hotels are something else. This is trashy and dirty. We stayed only one night, and thankfully so. Upon arrival, they had assigned us a room overlooking the pool (master suite bedroom) that had absolutely nothing "master" about it. You are at the same level as the pool with club music at a very high volume until 11:00 PM, which makes resting impossible. Furthermore, access to the room is directly from the pool area, and this implies that you cannot keep anything open (windows or door) because anyone could enter. The staff changed our room and gave us one with a beautiful view of the caldera, but that was the only beautiful thing about it. The room is dirty, the sofa has stains everywhere, the bathtub is hideous (don't let their photos fool you); we didn't dare get into it. The bathroom sink faucet is broken and has mold on it."
