Santorini has a serene side. Nikki Beach has other ideas. Set directly on Monolithos’ black-sand beach on the island’s east coast, this five-star resort blends laid-back beachfront living with the music, dining and poolside atmosphere the Nikki Beach name is known for.
The pool and beach club form the heart of the action, with plush daybeds, loungers, a swim-up bar and a seasonal soundtrack of resident DJs, guest DJs and live musicians. When you fancy dialling things down, Nikki Spa offers treatments and wellness experiences, while Tone Gym takes care of workouts. Of the resort’s 62 rooms and suites, 35 have private pools and 12 add private jetted tubs.
Nikki Beach Restaurant keeps the atmosphere going from breakfast through to dinner, mixing Santorini flavours and locally sourced ingredients with global influences. Seafood, salads and Nikki Beach favourites feature on the menu, with food also served around the pool and beach. This isn’t the Santorini of silent cliffside sunsets. It’s barefoot lunches, cocktails, music and volcanic sand. Same island, very different playlist.
Just so you know, beach sunbeds and the main pool are free for hotel guests, however, Beach Club pool sunbeds incur an extra charge.
