"This was our second visit to Sunlight Studios. A lovely true welcome from Kostos, Loukas and family, totally remembering us from last year. As soon as we arrived it was like coming home. Greeted at the bar with the usual shot of Viagra…which I complained to Kostos same as last year. doesn’t work.🤣 . We have already booked for next year because we know what to expect….good clean accommodation, great hosts who will go above and beyond to iron out any little problems and to make your holiday the best ever. Simple homemade Greek food prepared by Rita who is so lovely. Cleaner who understood my OCD with Loukas supporting me on this, nothing was too much trouble. George, well what can I say. Loves his stage behind the bar. Don’t be afraid to ask him to prepare something different in a cocktail as he loves what he does. The whole environment is geared up to having a good time , relaxing or taking a stroll up to the village including a typical Greek village shop with very reasonable prices and a local taverna. If you go down the hill to the main road a new supermarket has opened with healthy choices also further down there is an Olive/tree Shingle beach which offers amazing sunsets. Further on you have a few more eating places as mentioned in other reviews which this time we didn’t venture to because of a family member who had mobility problems. But we had everything we needed back at Sunlight. Overall a typical Greek no frills holiday…..PERFECT. Just a comment about families and children…well it is what it is. Even outside of school holidays. You could pay 5 Star prices and be subjected to unmanaged children causing you a holiday problem."

"What a fantastic place! From the moment you arrive, Kostas, Irene, Loukas, and George make you feel like family – their friendliness and welcome are second to none. I had a problem with the Hire car when I got here and Kostas immediately stepped in to help me out and reassure me and called the Hire company on my behalf Rita’s cooking is amazing – proper home-style food, full of flavour and made fresh and with love. The pool area is spotless and so handy for food and drinks. The apartments are clean, comfy, well kitted out and lovely and quiet at night. Free parking’s a bonus too! Such a friendly atmosphere with other guests, It’s easy to see why so many people come back year after year – Sunlight Studios really is a little gem. Can’t rate it highly enough! 💙 Thank you guys for the best week away!"
