Atlantis Boutique City Hotel

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Breakfast was the same every day, with a very limited selection- there was only one type of cheese, one type of ham, some bacon, scrambled eggs, plain croissants, bread, rolls and dried fruit for dessert. Even milk for coffee was often missing. The elevators were tiny and unsafe, with faulty door sensors that frequently closed while we were entering. One of them damaged our baby stroller, but the hotel refused to take responsibility. The manager was extremely rude, and we were denied access to the complaints book to formally report the incident. The swimming pool shown in the booking photos did not exist. Instead, there was only a tiny rooftop jacuzzi for two people, which was very misleading. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, the location was good, and the rooftop terrace was lovely."

"One of the worst hotels I have been to; initially, due to a system error, they say the first night they diverted us to another 3-star hotel with a pool and a 5€ tourist tax, which was definitely better. While in this 4-star hotel on paper, but in my opinion a 2-star hotel at best with a 10€ tourist tax, everything is old and needs fixing: dark and tiny 2 x 2 sqm bathroom with a malfunctioning and almost unusable door (asked to have it repaired to no avail), TV with only Greek programs, mediocre breakfast, room doors that are old and you can hear all the noises, bathroom amenities consisting only of shampoo. The only positive thing is the area near the center and the beaches."
