"Been here a few times over the years and was always pleasant when it was a bed & breakfast place. We went when it went all inclusive and it was terrible. A horrible little barman called Mike or Mick with the worst attitude, sleazy, arrogant and rude. The food was shocking and totally lost it's peaceful, relaxing vibe. A shame really because it used to be lovely."

"We were disappointed with our experience at this resort. This was booked through live holidays and was rated a 4 star this is NOT a 4 star. We were a family of 3 with an 11 year old son and we were put in the family area of the hotel. It stated sound proofing doors , this is only the patio doors over looking the pool area and not the internal door as unfortunately we could get no peace in our room due to noisy neighbours allowing their children to bang on the door and screaming children running along the corridor at 3am. I work in a childcare nursery and I’m well used to children and noise and I’m fully understanding but I felt I was on holiday in the nursery. We were near the reception aswell and the receptionist even asked the parents to stop allowing their children to bang on the doors so they were aware of this. The room was cramped with my son’s bed rammed against the door to balcony and 1 bedside between our double bed and his bed. There was no where to hang our clothes so we spent a week living out our cases. The tea, coffee area, the kettle was damaged, the coffee, milk etc was not replaced, we had to ask the cleaner to empty our bin as it was overflowing and we ended up with ants, despite them being in to clean our room and replace our towels, she emptied the bin and sprayed the floor where the ants were and left, she didn’t replace our used mugs and we ended up having to clean them in the bathroom sink. Good parts - The food was fine, more variety at evening meals would have been nice, lunches were good, pizza, chips, bbq, We loved the quieter pool and I have no complaints as this was cleaned each morning. My son spent most days in the pool. The poolside was quieter than being in our room which says it all but your not on holiday to be in your room to be fair but it was very hot so we would retreat to the room to sit in the aircon. On one of the nights, the bar man, got into a fight with another member of staff while guests were at the bar and this was very disturbing and ruined our holiday experience as we had our son with us and this is not what should happen in a family resort. We were surprised at how staff just ignored this and played it down and that the bar man was back the following day, albeit more reserved. We won’t return to this hotel and was disappointed with our experience. Pefkos area is beautiful and there will be many nicer family run hotels."

"Please don’t book an all-in here. The food is terrible, and you Will be forced to eat out everyday. No fresh vegetables or fruit, just the same greasy pasta and overcooked meat everyday. The drinks at the bar are limited as Well, only beer, wine and soda. The wine is from a tank, so is the water and the coffee. So don’t think you Will enjoy a Nice fresh coffee at breakfast.. the cleaning of the rooms is not really high-end either, you get a fresh towel once every 3 days. Oh, and you have to pay €10 a day(!) to use the airco.. location and all is oke, the barstaff is really friendly too. But overall, not worth it."
