Those that like to stay at the centre of the action will love the Pefkos Beach hotel. It’s just off the main street in Pefkos, so you’re within walking distance of the local shops, bars and restaurants. And if you fancy a day on the beach it’s just a 10-minute walk down to the town’s longest stretch of sand.
Days here are best spent chilling out by the pool – there are two to choose from and one’s got a shallow section for kids. Little ones also have their own pool to make a splash in. Both pools are surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and there’s a poolside snack bar for breakfast as well as drinks and light bites during the day. And if you fancy eating at the hotel, the Nostalgia Restaurant serves an à la carte dinner.
During the summer months there’s sometimes live music and evening shows on at the hotel. There’s also an outdoor playground for little ones.
You can opt to stay in a studio or an apartment at this hotel. They’re all set up for self-catering with kitchenettes featuring double cooking rings, a toaster, a fridge-freezer and a kettle. You’ll also have a bathroom, a flat screen TV, a safe and a hairdryer, as well as a balcony or terrace to relax on.
Just a heads-up, this hotel is located on a steep hill. There is a funicular guests can use, but the rooms may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
