"I would never return to this property. It is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The conditions were so unacceptable that I had to firmly insist on a transfer, though it took Jet2 four days of constant pressure to finally emergency-relocate us to alternative accommodation for the remainder of our trip. Zero Arrival Support: Dropped off in the early hours after a delayed flight, we were given no direction. The property is split by a road, and we only found the "reception"—an unlabelled desk hidden inside the restaurant—by complete accident. Substandard Cleanliness: The bedding in our rooms was made of poor, scratchy material and appeared visibly grey and dirty. Severe Drainage Odour and Management Gaslighting: By day two, a foul, overpowering stench filled our living space from the bathroom drains. When we complained, the manager and his son aggressively gaslit us, claiming the smell was from "outside." It took two days of arguing before they took any action, despite multiple guests reporting the same health hazard.No Privacy, No Shade and Security Threat: The premium "swim-up" rooms offer zero privacy, sharing one narrow pool layout across six rooms. The area was a complete sun trap and completely void of any umbrellas for shade. When I requested one, a Jet2 rep told me management claimed they had sourced an umbrella but were just looking for a stand. This turned out to be a total lie, as the very next day they changed their story and simply said, "Sorry, it's not advertised with umbrellas." To make matters worse, a group of hostile guests verbally harassed and threatened my son with physical violence simply for coming to visit me by my patio/swim-up area. This severe safety issue had to be formally reported to our holiday representative. Neglected Facilities: The rooftop pool was filthy, littered with empty bottles and crawling ants. Breakfast was incredibly rigid, even forbidding guests from having both a hot and a cold drink. The Contrast: After spending four miserable days fighting for a transfer, we were moved to a different hotel nearby. It was a very basic hotel, but it was impeccably clean with crisp white sheets, an odourless bathroom, and welcoming staff. However, because the new hotel had no comparable rooms, I completely lost out on the premium accommodation and swim-up room experience that I had actually paid for. Save your money, preserve your safety, and do not book this hotel."

"My wife & I stayed at Coralli as a bit of a last minute honeymoon after our original booking was cancelled at the last second. Positives - Great location, we stayed in the Beachfront section & our room was spacious, clean, air-con was fantastic (& free!), all staff we interacted with were great, we were treated really well especially when enjoying a special meal in one of their lovely cabanas at the restaurant. Food was excellent, the included breakfast was varied, lunch had some great options and the evening menu was fab! Pool was really nice & clean, always sunbeds available, close to the bar & our room. Our room was a 2 minute walk down some steps to the beach, which was lovely, and the ocean which was gorgeous. Warm from around 9am, definitely a good idea to wear sea shoes but not 100% necessary, and super clear. Great for a quick dip or snorkeling, absolutely fantastic. Overall a very positive experience, but there are a couple of negatives if we're being completely fair (and they're more bugbears than serious issues). Our arrival was a little bit poorly handled, jet2 chucked us off the coach at the neighbouring Palm Bay, who had staff out to meet & greet even at 2am. They helpfully directed us to the Coralli restaurant, where we had to look around a bit to find a lovely gentleman that helped us check in and showed us to our room, but it felt chaotic and confusing at that hour of the day after a long day of travel. We also didn't realise there'd be no complimentary sugar or coffee in the room, so we had to dash out to the shop across the road to grab something to have a relaxing drink before bed. Paying €20 for a beachfront sunbed, being guests of the hotel & paying the amount we had for everything to that point sticks a little bit in the throat. We appreciate that non-guests can walk down onto the beachfront and understand the charge from that angle, but a system to identify guests and charge a discounted rate would have been fine with us. Our room was turned over a couple of times during our short stay (5 days), and we received freshly made beds, clean bathroom, bedroom & seating areas but they left dirty cups & crockery so we had to go buy washing liquid to give them a clean. For the TLDR crew: Lovely people, lovely location, great beach, great pool, great food, with some additional costs and chaotic check in. We would (and will) stay here again!"

"Great location, but the rooms are unsuitable for anyone infirm as they are up a steep incline. The room was not cleaned during our week there but the towels were changed. The barman would not serve a cocktail before 3 pm"
