"I have rated this average mainly for the very poor customer service we received from staff.
Upon arrival we were met by 2 staff, who simply asked my name and said you are in room xyz and my colleague will show you the way, and literally in the same breath you have to pay 22euro for country tax, and that was it. No welcome to Coralli no welcome information nothing about breakfast times, a/c. safe wifi etc.
Upon getting to the room i asked about A/C and was told you will need to speak to reception, so back down i went, A/C was charged at 12 euro per night and the safe was 30 euro for 10 days, there is no wifi in the rooms only in the restaurant. Still in regard to customer service, we asked Nikos to order a taxi for us as we had a wedding to attend, we came down on the day and 2pm came and went a taxi pulled up at 2.10pm so we asked if it was for us and the driver said yes so we got in, the next day Nikos came to our table and said your taxi driver was he an older guy we said no he said you got in the wrong taxi and your taxi was waiting 10 minutes, hovering at the table as if i was going to offer a apology payment, i did apologies if we got the wrong taxi but if Nikos was so bothered that we got in his mates taxi then perhaps he should have been keeping an eye out for it and tell us which one to get in!
As our flight was an evening one we asked in the first week if we could keep the apartment and check out later of course expecting to pay, Nikos said you can come down 1 hour before check out and ask me then, of course i found that ridiculous as i didn't want to have no where to go and spoil the last day of our holiday so i checked in the same day at the palm bay the hotel over the road from the Coralli, a much better hotel with incredibly polite and helpful staff.
The rooms at Coralli are nice large in size, fresh looking, however the dog barking in the neighbouring yard can be annoying, there is no TV in the rooms, and no privacy curtain, although i appreciate that not everywhere has these. We didn't expect the cleaners to be knocking on our door at 0930 on our check out morning asking us what time we are leaving as check out is 1100!
There is no fire point information or indeed what to do in a fire, when we checked into the Palmbay this was on the back of the door, however there was no such info at Coralli.
The breakfast for B&B guests are mediocre at best, i feel more effort could be put into them.
Would i stay here again absolutely not, i think those that enjoy this place are people who like to stay by the pool all day and spend money in the restaurant, and those people possibly get a better service."
