"We spent two nights in this garden paradise hotel as part of a round trip. The property is surrounded by the lake, and some water activities are offered. We had good experiences at the Ayurveda spa. You can wonderfully enjoy the sunset in the evening. There is wine and beer on offer Lunch and dinner are very extensive and tasty. Fresh fish/scampi/crabs are also offered. The breakfast is more South Indian, but even as a Western guest you will find sufficient options. Eggs and fresh fruit are on offer The three rooms we had are a bit older, but very clean with comfortable beds. Air conditioning is available, as well as a minibar, snacks, and toiletries. We were assured that modernization measures have already begun. The staff is super attentive and responds to every suggestion immediately. Guest relations lady Resha and the general manager were very attentive to us. At the end, there was even a farewell cake. We can highly recommend the hotel and the area. The nature is great and overall much less touristy than other backwater areas in Kerala."

"Fragrant Nature exceeded all our expectations. The resort ambience is breathtaking and the food is incredible. A huge highlight was the spa: Dr Reju was exceptionally thoughtful, helping care for my injury while giving us practical weight loss and lifestyle advice—and even offered to stay in touch for any future questions! We also had the best time playing indoor games like ludo, chess, caroms, and archery. It brought back so many sweet childhood memories that we ended up playing well into the night! Between the serene wellness care, fun times kayaking and motorboating, and the staff who were always so courteous and welcoming, we felt completely safe and deeply cared for. They even surprised us with a sweet "Come back soon" cake as a lovely send-off! We left with full hearts and couldn't have asked for a happier trip. Highly recommended! ❤️🌿"
