"I loved this hotel, very quiet location, the hotel staff are friendly and very welcoming! They truly give you the real Greek experience, rooms are a bit tired but still fully functional and very clean, staff gave their knowledge on quiet local beaches and places to visit. Greek night was a huge hit with my family everyone dancing, laughing and eating. Pool service in the day made it a truly relaxing holiday!"

"Really enjoyed our time at the Emerald Hotel. Had a v large 2 bed studio on the first floor. Staff here are really great. Cleaners came almost every day with new towels, bedding etc.. and were so friendly. Pool area kept v well also and always loads of sunloungers, no matter what time you arrive. Just a small note, not much cooking facilities in the room (we ate out every night so not a big deal) and we had to pay double for air con because we had two bedrooms. But overall a really nice place that is great value for money"

Maria at reception is always smiling, helpful, attentive and ready with good advice. When I developed severe pain in my ear, she helped us get in touch with an excellent doctor, for which we are extremely grateful. She remembered us from a previous stay and could even refer back to conversations we had had before. The care, interest and attention she puts into her work make her feel much more like a friend or a family member than simply a member of the hotel staff. George at the bar is equally fantastic. He also remembered us, and you can clearly see how much everyone around him appreciates his warmth, presence and attention. He has a special ability to make every guest feel welcome, noticed and valued. Maria, who works as a waitress, is a true star as well. She is sweet, helpful and always ready with a kind or funny remark. She is also happy to share personal stories, and it is exactly this kind of warmth and openness that makes you feel as though you are spending your holiday with family rather than staying at a hotel. And this feeling continues throughout the entire staff. You could not ask for a more committed, warm and dedicated team. Emerald Hotel stands out from the crowd because of the people who work there. They turn a good hotel into a truly special place — somewhere you want to return to again and again."
