"This hotel was absolutely perfect for us, my wife and 2 friends. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, but the stars were the whole staff from, housekeeping to front of house. So kind and friendly. One of our party has dietry restrictions, and the staff couldnt have done anymore, and really went out of their way to ensure hr needs were met.Food was superb and plenty of variety. I had over 32 years in the leisure industry, and I never swim in pools whose water quality is suspect. No issues here, top notch. Yes the hotel is on a flight path, but this did not interfere with the ambience, and once in your room, never heard a thing. Great relaxing holiday, and lovely sea to swim in just outside the complex. Cant praise this hotel and its staff enough, would highly reccomend, and have great memories to look back on."

"Recently come back from staying at this hotel for a week. And what can I say? That’s good? The bar staff were really friendly pool bar/evening bar/ restaurant staff very welcoming/ the pool team were very engaging(shaky, shaky) and I think that’s about it. Now for the negatives. The food was very, very cold. Luckily, there’s a microwave at hand so you can warm your food up. Even if you get to the restaurant at opening times, the food is still cold. The all inclusive finishes at 11 o’clock after that you have to pay for your drinks. The pool was absolutely freezing and dirty. The so-called spa/gym is a joke really old machines. Our room was cleaned to a certain standard but I wouldn’t say it was good. The bed was made and we had clean towels but the balcony never got touched and the shower was never cleaned. There isn’t much to do around the hotel if you leave. Other than jump on the bus and go to the old town. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. . And I feel terrible for saying it. This is the only time I’ve ever left a hotel review."

"We had a lovely stay and, after reading some of the reviews beforehand, we were actually pleasantly surprised. We received a really friendly welcome at reception, and as we had a late flight, we were offered sandwiches on arrival which was a lovely touch. The bar service was also extended for late arrivals. There was bottled water waiting in the fridge in our room, which was appreciated. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and entertainment area, as well as a beautiful sea view. You could hear the entertainment from the balcony, but it certainly wasn’t too loud for us. The hotel is only around 10 minutes from the airport, so you do get plenty of planes flying overhead, but this honestly didn’t bother us at all. The beach is rocky, but still really lovely, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the pool bar staff, who were brilliant and always happy to help. We were particularly concerned about the food after reading some of the reviews, but we found it absolutely fine. There were plenty of choices, and allergens were clearly labelled, which was especially reassuring as my wife has coeliac disease. We had no problems finding plenty to eat. Ice cream and sandwiches were also available during the day, which was a nice bonus. There were a couple of minor things. On one occasion the pool toilet flooded, but we reported it and it was dealt with very quickly. The entertainment itself wasn’t really anything to write home about, but sitting outside with a drink was still a lovely way to spend the evening. There aren’t loads of tables outside, so they fill up quickly, but we were lucky enough to sit on our balcony, which was close enough to the bar anyway. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s not a perfect hotel, but we found the staff friendly, the room comfortable, the food perfectly good and the location excellent. We’d happily stay again."
