"We arrived at the Alizo Hotel around midnight after a long day of travelling, and the welcome couldn’t have been better. The elder gentleman on reception was warm, entertaining, and exactly the lift we needed at that hour. It set a really positive tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel offers luxury across every area the rooms are modern and comfortable, the bar has a relaxed atmosphere, and the pool area is spotless and perfect for unwinding. The gym is surprisingly well equipped, and the buffet selection offered plenty of variety with consistently good food. A standout part of our stay was the staff. They looked after us incredibly well, and I felt especially cared for due to my nut allergy. The chefs and servers went above and beyond preparing separate plates, double‑checking ingredients, and making sure everything was safe without ever making it feel like a hassle. That level of attention is rare and genuinely appreciated. Overall, we’d fully recommend the Alizo Hotel to any couple looking to relax, enjoy great service, and stay somewhere with luxury facilities throughout. A brilliant experience from start to finish."

"This hotel is stunning, so clean and brand new. The staff are so kind, friendly and polite. We arrived late in the evening and there was a problem with our room, but we were given a hot tub suite for the evening and encouraged to enjoy a (complimentary) bottle of wine in there. Our room was ready the next morning after a leisurely breakfast and the team moved our luggage over. The “deluxe suite” private pools are so worth it - such an amazing base. The pools are a really good size, heated and the terraces have both a large lounging bed and a table and chairs. The room itself is beautiful and the team cleaning it every day do a stellar job. The vibe here is so peaceful, we slept so well and didn’t hear any other guests. The location is decent - less than 20 mins into the old town via taxi (€18) and enough bars and restaurants a close walk to the hotel if you’re tired after a day of exploring and don’t want to go further. The breakfast has been delicious also always fresh, dining terrace always spotless. A really beautiful hotel."

"We loved our stay at Alizo. The customer service is exceptional, all the staff are amazing. The hotel is clean, high quality, and the food and cocktails are also excellent! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fruit, and received a departure gift of local produce. We celebrated a birthday and they even gifted us a cake! We had a great room overlooking the pool, the bed was soooooo comfortable. When we first arrived I was a bit worried about noise from the road, as I’m a light sleeper, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The hotel location makes it easy to hop on a local bus to get into Rhodes town, there’s a supermarket within a 2 min walk, and a car hire place if you need it. There’s plenty of restaurants within a short walk, although the hotel restaurant was one of the best we experienced during our trip. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel!"
