"Fantastic resort, all low level ground and first floor apartments. All ground floor offer private pools which were great. Food options are great, VIP breakfast provided once per stay is absolutely fantastic but the buffet is also great. This hotel is probably the furthest from the airport so not sure that the premium price but we loved it."

"This is not a typical guest impression — this is a professional and honest review from someone who worked here in 2022 in Guest Relations, at the Reception desk, and as a hostess in the main restaurant. I know this hotel from the inside. In 2025 I returned as a guest, and I can confirm: the quality, atmosphere, and standards remain excellent. Arrival & Reception Warm welcome, fast and smooth check-in, professional communication. International reception team, elegant uniforms, confident and polite staff. You immediately feel the level of hospitality and training. Room I stayed in a Sea View room with a private pool. Perfectly clean, quiet, fresh, maintained to a very high standard. No signs of wear — everything looks and feels cared for. Housekeeping works accurately and attentively, just like I remember from my time here. Dining High service standards, organized and calm team, good food quality. A special highlight: Tasos, my former manager, arranged a complimentary dinner in the Greek à-la-carte taverna and a bottle of excellent wine. A thoughtful, personal touch that I truly appreciate. Staff & Hotel Culture I was happy to see many familiar staff members still working here — and some who have grown into higher positions. This says a lot about the atmosphere, management, and the hotel’s values. Staff here are trained and supported, and it reflects in guest experience. Conclusion I have seen this hotel from two sides — as part of the staff and now as a guest. And I can confidently say: Gennadi Grand Resort maintains high standards, strong service culture, and excellent hospitality. I returned — and I would return again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Gennadi Grand Resort. upon arrival we received a warm welcome at reception and were driven to our room in a Golf buggy. This resort is modern and well laid out in a low rise village style - consisting of blocks of rooms surrounded by well cared for and spotlessly clean grounds. The rooms are modern, well appointed, very clean and have a good layout. They include an up to date Samsung TV which you can easily cast to, a mini bar fridge, Nespresso machine and Safe. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep as a result. The A/C was excellent too - very effective. The Rain shower was powerful. Breakfast is served in a very large area with both inside and outside sheltered seating - and accompanied by either a pianist or violist or both! It. Although busy it never felt crowded and you could always get the table you wanted. The food selection was bountiful, varied and tasty. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and helpful. We initially had a problem with our room and they accommodated us by moving us to another room with no fuss. There a number of on-site restaurants - and again the food was of good quality - served by friendly staff. Due to where the hotel is located I would recommend you hire a car - if you want to see the sights (Lindos is approx. a 25 min. drive) and get around outside of the resort. There is on-site parking for a number of cars. There is a bus service that stops directly outside the hotel - but I can't speak to that. The resort's beach has plentiful loungers and is well laid out and organised. It is served by a small beach hut bar. There is an on-site gym located in the spa area ( which is included) . It's well equipped but does require booking daily for you to use it. Spa entry is at an additional cost and not included. All in all we have really relaxing and pleasant stay here. We will definitely be back!"
