"My first holiday in 10 years so I had high expectations. The hotel itself is a little far out but you can easily catch a taxi into the town centre. The hotel itself was great, especially the pool area and the restaurant being all inclusive but what made the holiday was simply the staff!! Especially Santo’s and Maria who run the bars they were nothing short of FANTASTIC & went above and beyond. The staff were all amazing & for this reason we will return next year for sure. "We just came back from few days in this hotel. From outside in dark doesn’t look too bad, but when we got to our room we couldn’t believe our eyes. Room was dated and dirty, bathroom was awful and full of stains, air conditioner from different era. We went to reception to inform them, that this is not the room we paid for and seen on the internet. Unfortunately we had to wait until next day to see front desk manager to sort this out. Next morning Toula hotel manager kindly exchanged our room to the superior one, which was much nicer. She really was super helpful and understanding. Food was very average, breakfast so limited, never any fried eggs, bread rolls were terrible!! We ended up eating every day at the restaurant near the beach. After seeing dirty air conditioning unit behind the coffee machine, I have lost the appetite and willing to eat at this hotel. We enjoyed pool area, it was nice and quiet, Maria at the bar was so lovely! We also liked a local white wine! Hotel needs massive improvements, this is definitely not 4 star hotel, more like 2 at the most! Everything is dated, furnitures tired and ripped, we stayed there 5 days and they only changed our tiles once, not to mention that our bedsheets never been changed once during our stay! Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay there again!"

"We came to this hotel as a family (couple and 8-month-old baby) The staff is great, very available and accommodating (we were able to stay a few extra hours in the room before our departure for the baby's nap) However, if you are young and you want or are used to "discovery vacations," you are absolutely not at the right place. There is NOT MUCH to do. You can take the bus for €2.50 to go to Faliraki, a small town 6 minutes away, and Rhodes, 45 minutes away. The taxi to Faliraki: €28 round trip The beach is a 10-minute walk away 👣 Negatives: The pool (even the children's one) is not heated 🥶 The buildings/rooms are old-fashioned (the photos are at least 10 years old) And you get bored quickly… Too bad, but we will not be coming back"
