"A lovely family run hotel. We had a lovely time ate the most delicious food in the restaurant. The staff couldn't be more helpful especially Valentino and Kremena, to name a few I'm sorry I couldn't remember everyone's name, I definitely recommend this place for a quiet hotel, but it's only 5 minutes away fron the strip I'd you want .The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every 2nd day beds etc changed, great value for money .From Darling and Harry."

"Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant stay in this hotel in Rhodes. On the first day our room was not ready and we had to leave our things in the luggage room offered by the hotel. When picking up our things, my friend turned out to have accidentally left his shoes there. When he went back the next day to pick them up, they had disappeared. Because we are not from Greece and are unfamiliar with the procedure in such a situation, we went to the staff to ask what we could best do. We wondered if we should involve the police, for example, and hoped for help and advice from the hotel. We didn't blame the hotel in any way; we just wanted to know how we could best approach this. As soon as the word 'police' was mentioned, the employee's attitude completely changed. The helpfulness disappeared and we were told that we just had to call the police, because they wouldn't do anything about the hotel anyway. People were also no longer willing to watch the camera footage. We found this response very unprofessional and disappointing. We had just hoped for understanding and cooperation. What made it even more annoying was that we still had to stay in the hotel for four more days. During those days we felt that the staff looked at us angrily and we no longer felt welcome. This caused a very uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere for the rest of our vacation. Besides, the beds were very hard, so we did not sleep comfortably. It was positive that the room was cleaned well every two or three days. Overall, the way the staff handled our situation had a big negative impact on our stay. We did not expect the hotel to be held responsible for what happened, but we did expect to be treated in a normal, friendly, and helpful manner. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The unfriendly approach caused us to feel unwelcome, and that left a big mark on our stay."

"Nice stay on the 1st floor (no elevator) above the restaurant and kitchen area, the balcony door could not be open in the headwind due to the extractor hood. Rooms are clean and regularly changed. Great restaurant located by the pool. The breakfast was good and extensive. The menu was attractive in variety and in price. Walking to the city and beach is quite strenuous for the elderly. Exceptionally friendly staff. The photos on the internet are reliable and match reality."
