Club Hotel Casino Loutraki

"This casino/Hotel is aged and not in good condition. From the lobby to the halls and into rooms. There is cracked glass in windows, rusted exterior balcony rails across rooms, peeling wallpaper, metal trim design on the elevator damaged and catching on the door when moving, terrible carpet stains throughout the building, and leaky plumbing. Our room had terrible carpet with stains all over. The curtains were torn. There was a water leak under the bathroom sink. The furniture is aged and worn. The casino is small and has a variety of slots and table games. It is similar to old Fremont Street in Las Vegas. Dated and worn, but still trying. The majority of visitors were senior citizens. There were wheel chairs stationed in the linen area and even a “jazzy” motorized mover. We only saw a couple families with 1 or 2 young kids. Of course in September, that is not uncommon. The breakfast buffet was varied, but flavorless and the same items were prepared every morning. No changes. The pool areas were neat and clean. Sadly, this hotel is neglected, aging and in need of help."

"I spent 10 days at the hotel with breakfast this September. What I did not like and was very unpleasant is the music at a volume that is no longer bearable. In the breakfast room you cannot have a conversation because the staff drives around with dish carts, and in addition, no good music is playing. The room was also really cold because of the air conditioning. What was positive was that the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The area outside the hotel leaves something to be desired. The sea was inviting for swimming and the beach was well-maintained. The casino has seen better days, and all people are accepted, regardless of how they are dressed or whether they have washed beforehand. I will no longer book the Casino Hotel Loutraki."

"An excellent hotel, beautiful rooms renovated with a wonderful large comfortable bed, delicious cuisine, most polite staff. A wonderful pool for young and old. The sea is exactly organized from below with sun loungers and hotel towels. A wonderful spa. We had a fantastic time. I can't wait until I go again."
