"It was a quite well-placed hotel. Central to explore from. The atmosphere was casual. The rooms were large, clean with a great sized balcony. The value was good. I would have said the noise level was very good, but on my last night there were young children at a party, that were running around shouting until midnight! The service was very good & the Staff were friendly & obliging. Good amenities. Overall I would rate this as 4*"

"It started with the fact that in a 5-star hotel, no one feels compelled to help with the luggage. Thus, you end up dragging your suitcases to the room yourself after the helpless receptionist calls 5 times and no one comes. Without going into the rest of the stay, let's get straight to the NOGO of the century. I took the liberty of giving my laundry to be washed. I received a plastic bag and was asked to hand in my laundry in it at the reception. I was somewhat surprised that there was no documentation for this, as is customary with a laundry form. After two days, I then received my (supposed) laundry back. I discovered that there were 3 pairs of women's underwear and a pair of shorts in the laundry that did not belong to me. I brought these items of clothing to the reception and contacted the Rooms Division Manager, Ms. Penelope Charitsi, directly. However, I also had to discover that 3 of my T-shirts were missing. These were two shirts from the brand Lacoste and a particularly beautiful shirt from the brand Fendi. The Fendi shirt alone had a purchase price of over 900 euros. By the time I checked out, this problem could not be solved, and I was put off with the promise that they would do everything to help me. Today, 2 months later and after countless follow-ups, I have only ever received the answer that the laundry service is an external company and the hotel therefore does not feel responsible. They said there was nothing they could do. Furthermore, it was subtly implied that I could not prove that I had handed in these items of clothing. Of course, the laundry costs were charged to my hotel bill!!!!!!!! In conclusion, this hotel does not feel responsible in any way for the service it offers. It borders on criminal behavior. Services are charged here, and no responsibility is taken whatsoever. I will hand this unpleasant matter over to my lawyer today and can only warn every traveler about this hotel. I would also like to mention that neither the hotel management nor the owners have ever contacted me. The hotel's service is generally in the 3-star range. The highly touted spa area has 1 employee. The pool does not open before 11 a.m. and the breakfast is at a very low level."

"Unbelievable hotel. Setting is amazing with literally mountain back drop and sea views. Room was massive, so spacious Infinity pool lovely, unbelievably impressed. Location is remote however. 45/50 walk to into town centre so consider when booking. Plenty of food options within 15/20 mins walk of hotel"
