"Magnificent hotel in a superb setting. All the staff are adorable, smiling, kind. The room was perfect, well maintained every day. The buffet was very well stocked, but on the other hand, the dishes are lukewarm or even cold. On the other hand, the desserts are magnificent, never seen elsewhere, fresh fruit every day. Pool and beach area are top-notch. Enough lounge chairs and beach towels too. But, not a word of French, so master your English well, otherwise thank you to the translation on the phone. Palace in Greece!!! Negative: far from everything!!!!! Ouranoupoli is 4.7 km away, you have to take a taxi, 15 euros there and 15 euros back. A free shuttle is offered by the hotel but very rare, 3 times in the afternoon, we had not understood the explanations so at the beginning we were charged 5 times 15 euros for the shuttle. 3 km to Tripiti to take the ferry, we did it on foot: it is dangerous but doable but not with children. 2 hours from the airport and the city of Thessaloniki The outings offered by the hotel are not detailed: day, time, place, and price. It is up to you to search on the internet what that corresponds to."

"Our stay at Eagles Palace was better than we could have imagined. On our honeymoon it was important to us to stay at a resort that had an all-inclusive option, was relaxing, but also lively with things to do if we wanted options! This was just the place to visit and we also loved the interior design and aesthetic. We would also highly recommend staying in the villas, it was worth the upgrade! Although this resort is a bit further from the airport, the resort was very accommodating and offered transportation. We felt very well taken care of, and would recommend staying for at least five days just to make this part worth it. Cherry on top was a private dinner planned by my husband and Elissavet. They did an amazing job planning the special accommodation. To this day we can’t stop talking about the food. It was all amazing with so many options!!"

"We are a frequent visitors at Eagles Villas and there is a reason for that. Our stay there is always truly exceptional and always meet, even exceed our expectations in every way. Every time we arrive, we immediately feel like we are at home. So warmly welcomed, always impressed by how beautifully organised and seamless everything is. Every detail has clearly been thought through, yet what stood out most was the warmth and genuine hospitality of the entire team. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional, making us feel welcome and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We were taken excellent care of, we felt valued and appreciated and that's not an easy thing to accomplish, when you have your entire hotel running at full capacity. As I mentioned, all of the team members are very kind, polite and friendly, but there are two persons, who stood out and made our experience unforgetable. We would love to greatly thank Ms. Elisavet Vaindirli - the Executive Concierge. She is the warmest, kindest, always smiling and very talented lady, who is dedicated to make the stay of every guest truly amazing! Her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and personal approach made our experience amazing, exceptional and even more memorable! We greatly appreciate her effort, involvement and making sure everything is smooth and seamless! We would also like to give a very special thank you for the GM of the hotel, Mr. Vsilis Kapetanos! The level of care and attention we received was truly exceptional. He is very kind, polite, involved and even though extremely busy, he has always maintained a very friendly encounters, always talks to the guests, ensuring they have a wonderful stay. He addresses any inconveniences (in case you encounter any, as there usually are none) very adequate, fast and makes sure they are corrected. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us, anticipating our needs and making us feel truly valued as guests. It is this kind of genuine, personal service that makes a luxury stay stand out. What we appreciated most about Eagles Villas was the perfect balance between luxury and warmth. Everything was handled with such professionalism, but there was always a personal touch. The service was attentive and impeccable without ever feeling intrusive, and every member of the team contributed to making our stay feel special. It is easy to find beautiful hotels, but it is much harder to find a place with such a genuinely exceptional team. At Eagles Villas, the people are what truly make the experience unforgettable and that is why Eagles Villas in one of our favourite hotels in the world!
