"I stayed at the hotel in July and overall had a very good experience. The facilities are excellent, the beach is beautiful and well organized, and the buffet was truly rich with a great variety and quality. The spa & massage facilities are also impressive. The staff were always extremely polite and very helpful, something i really appreciated. However, there are two points that need improvement: • Room cleaning was done rather hastily, without paying enough attention to some basic areas. • The pricing policy did not feel very clear or consistent. Guests booking through agencies from neighboring countries seemed to get significantly better rates compared to individual direct bookings. Additionally, when I asked for one extra night, I was offered a significantly higher rate than the one I was already paying, even though the hotel’s website showed the same lower rate (but with a minimum stay of 3 nights). I explained that I was already staying for more than 3 nights, but in the end, although they did give me a small discount, the final rate was still about €60 higher than what was advertised online. Overall, this is a truly high-level hotel with excellent facilities and staff that deserves praise. With more attention to room cleaning and a fairer, more transparent pricing policy, the experience would be flawless."
