"We spent two weeks there in October 2026 and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The pool and the beach are a dream, and the food in the three restaurants is outstanding. The staff and management are very friendly. A problem with the bathtub was handled promptly and efficiently. Thank you very much!"

"The hotel looks just like it does in the pictures. Nice, clean property and large rooms. The room furnishings are nothing special, but they are clean and you have everything you need. The food was varied and of good quality. Unfortunately, the seasoning was perhaps sometimes adapted to German tourists. My sister is vegan and the team was always accommodating to her, added items, and brought her her own dessert daily. The service was really top-notch. The prices in the other restaurants and bars on the property are very expensive. We had a great vacation and would love to come back."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kassandra Palace, the hotel has absolutely stunning grounds and we especially loved the private beach, beautiful pool area and hammocks, there are so many comfortable places to sit, relax, lounge and sunbathe, which makes the whole resort feel peaceful, we also loved the bars, spa and shops downstairs, which added to the overall experience. The food has been incredible throughout our stay and I really appreciated the variety of vegan options available, it was lovely to have choices rather than feeling limited, the only small suggestion would be to have a vegan dessert available consistently, as the sorbet at Wonder Lab was unavailable during our visit at this time of year. The staff have been a real highlight of our holiday, everyone has been so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the reception team to the restaurant staff. The housekeeping team work incredibly hard and do an amazing job, a special mention to Despina, Marieva and Peggy in the restaurant, who have been particularly welcoming, attentive and efficient, they really helped make our stay feel special. We also had massages during our stay and were so impressed with the girls in the spa, they were fantastic at their jobs, very professional and clearly skilled at what they do, it was such a lovely, relaxing experience and another highlight of our holiday. Our only disappointment was the quality of the room, for a five-star resort, we felt the room was quite outdated and more basic than we expected, we were honestly a little disheartened when we first arrived and walked in, as the room didn’t quite live up to the expectations, we feel that updating the rooms would make a significant difference and bring them more in line with the overall standard of the resort. One other thing that stood out to me during our stay was seeing the cats around the resort, It was reassuring to see that they appeared to be receiving some care and I hope the hotel/staff continues to support their welfare, as someone who cares a lot about animals, it would be lovely to see the resort continue to take an active, compassionate approach to looking after the stray animals in the surrounding area. Overall, we had a lovely stay and have really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, fantastic food, relaxing spa treatments and wonderful staff, the resort has so much to offer and with some improvements to the rooms, it would be even better.
