"Super nice hotel that is perfectly located in relation to the beach - very central. Everything worked as it should and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us book the room after a bad experience at another hotel that we checked out of. The hotel owner gave us the opportunity to use a penthouse apartment for a day until there was room available at the hotel. Everything was in perfect condition. The helpfulness of the staff saved our holiday 😊👍 The pool was super nice and the sunbeds were super comfortable. There was always staff at the pool to accept orders of food and drinks. The area by the hotel was perfect and the streets were clean. Great recommendation from here."

"We stayed at the Tropical Hotel from June 25 to July 2 with our family, consisting of me, my partner, and our 2-year-old daughter, enjoying half-board treatment. It was truly a pleasant vacation, and we want to sincerely thank all the staff for helping to make it so. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness, availability, and professionalism. A special thanks goes to all the staff for their patience, affection, and attention given to our little one, who occasionally acted a bit mischievous! We always felt at ease and welcomed like family. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are new, finely renovated, very well taken care of in detail, and surprisingly well soundproofed, allowing for truly good rest. The hotel has a children's play area that we found very useful for entertaining our daughter. The location is another great strength: far enough from the nightlife area to ensure tranquility and relaxation at night, yet close enough to reach the center on foot in just a few minutes. Hanioti is also a very nice town: it is an ideal location for families with small children, thanks to its beaches with beautiful sea, shallow waters suitable for little ones, and the presence of many services, shops, and restaurants. A special thank you goes to Giorgio, always smiling, kind, and attentive, and to all the ladies in the restaurant, who with their friendliness and care made us feel welcome every day. We will carry with us a beautiful memory of this vacation, and if we return to Hanioti, the Tropical Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice. Highly recommended!"
