"I personally cannot agree with all the negative opinions. Me and my friend stayed in this hotel on 16th - 30th September 2026. We liked the hotel personnel and the facilities. The rooms were very clean and well airconditioned, food (including breakfast) very tasty and the choice of dishes really good. The bar offered tasty drinks, the all-inclusive offer more than sufficient. The staff very helpful and kind. Special thanks for Niko the manager, the Polish animator Julia, the bar attendants Anna and her colleague, the life guard Dimitris and the reception staff, especially Eleni. I recommend this hotel to everyone searching for relaxing holiday in Khalkidhiki."

"Thehotel is small but nice. It's clean and that's all good things. Not accessible for babies and strollers. The restaurant is reached by stairs, a small selection of food and is not tasty. I have never had a worse choice of food in a hotel. Drinks included in all inclusive is bad (coffee from the machine), bad beer, etc. The beach is sandy and there are rocks in the sea and it is very inaccessible for swimming. All in all - not for 5 stars and not to be recommended"

"The hotel is marketed as a five-star establishment, but in reality, it doesn't deserve more than three stars. It looks good only in photos—specifically the view of the beach and the view of the fountains from the restaurant. The service is very poor, and the food served is terrible with hardly any variety. They are understaffed and fail to keep the food stations stocked or to provide glasses, drinks, and other essentials in a timely manner. Although they offer an "all-inclusive" package, there are only two food options; serving trays sit empty or are removed without being refilled during scheduled meal times. No one seems to care or oversee operations; the juice dispensers are often empty, and there are no glasses available for them. The hotel operates as if it is simply using up remaining stock before closing down. Terrible! Do not book here!"
