Horizon Beach Hotel

"We spent 7 nights in this hotel, we arrived on August 20th and we were a group of 16 people (family and friends). Overall, we didn’t have the best experience. First day when we arrived they told us we had to pay tourist fee with money, by card would have an additional 10% fee, not even sure that is legal. The bedroom was not at all what the pictures showed us on booking or TripAdvisor, they show you a renovated room but give you an old room, only one of our friends got lucky I guess. It was a big mistake to stay here, a few of our friends wanted to fill up their water and even that was not permitted. They say we have inclusive and some of afternoons only had cookies for everyone, cookies so horrible that I wouldn’t eat such cookies at home. We asked before hand if they had drinks in the all inclusive, they replied that we have a selection of drinks, another lie. You can mix like coke and rum, but cocktails are paid. One of the worst all inclusive I’ve ever been, they only give you towels every 2 days and all drinks they have available are just bad. One night I was hungry and went to the reception and said I am hungry, do you have anything? They said I had to leave the hotel and buy something outside 😂 anyway, not everything was bad, the view was incredible, but that was about it. Enjoy your holidays because we didn’t, people at the reception are not nice, only one lady was exception."

"We highly recommend Horizon Beach Hotel in Stalis. The food was excellent, with something new every day. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Maria from the restaurant, who took such wonderful care of our little son, just like a real grandmother. She always welcomed us with a big smile when we came to the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We would like to send her our warmest regards and sincerely thank her for her kindness, wonderful service, and the lovely souvenir photo. Best wishes from a family from Poland! :)"
