Piskopiano Village

"We have stayed at piskopiano village 4 times, since part refurb ishment. This time we are not impressed. Cleaning standards are very poor.floors not cleaned balcony never touched. Sink in bathroom never cleaned stains on taps very poor utensils choice but worst of all dirty stains on mattress and for some reason the mattress protector was removed sometime during our stay. Only found this out because we made the bed ourselves, after it wasn't changed I confronted the receptionist Katherina and was fobbed off until I told her .we were going to the Asterios the sister hotel to complain to the management. Very very dissatisfied with our stay."

"More than lived up to our expectations, good sized rooms although ours needed updating but I think work in progress. Great location in villages, good value for money Aircon provided, lots of steps like most properties in the area but didn’t disappoint, bar prices a bit expensive from what you can get by stepping just outside the entrance. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"The positive is the staff are as reviews say lovely. The pool areas are well kept. Friendly run bar . We upgraded to a superior room - we did get a view but the apartment was VERY tired - comfy bed but the TV doesn’t work unless you take a fire stick - the shower curtain was too short so bathroom constantly very wet floors - and the taps & bathroom cupboard tarnished the kitchen amenities are very very basic - I had read this so took my own wok - chopping board and as long as you just one a one pot meal then you will get by. The walls in some areas had damp issues that had been painted over and there was a constant ant issue around the sink. We knew about all the stairs so not an issue for us but if you have any mobility issues don’t go here. The village and adjoining villages are very pretty . There is a really well stocked Lidl a 7 minute drive away. It’s a shame because it could be great but the rooms all need an update in decoration as described above ."
