"I stayed last summer at Minos Imperial Luxury Beach Resort & Spa, and overall it was a memorable experience. The setting is stunning, with beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere that truly allows you to unwind. The architecture blends well with the natural surroundings, and the private pool options add an extra sense of exclusivity. The staff were polite and professional, always willing to assist when needed. The breakfast selection was generous, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. Some areas of the property, however, could benefit from minor updates and closer attention to detail in maintenance. Service during peak hours occasionally felt slightly understaffed, but the team remained courteous and accommodating. Overall, it’s a resort that offers luxury in a relaxed, scenic environment — ideal for guests looking for privacy and tranquility in Crete."

"Horrible food and terrible drinks. The staff mainly the (hotel front desk manger) were very rude to me and my partner, kicked us out of our room after asking for a late checkout 3 days before and being told we we could. He was pointing his finger in my face and shouting very aggressively. Upon departure there was atleast another 2 parties making complaints at the front desk. (avoid this hotel)."

"We had a fantastic family vacation at Minos Imperial. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great pools and plenty of space for children to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food had many options for all ages. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. A perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay!!"
