"The rooms: We stayed in what i thought was the premium room. Unfortunately the pictures online were nothing like what we were given. On doing research our room was not advertised from what i could see so we were very disappointed. The rooms are basic, small and not very bright compared to my friends room near the 3rd pool area - best room and location. I felt there was not enough space between the wardrobe and the end of the bed. They have everything you need in the kitchen area so once you buy your food and beverage you are good to go. They’re clean and the housekeeping team cleaned but at times our floor was still dirty and the bed looked nothing like the online pics, no cushions or anything. The pillows were hard so i requested for extra ones. rooms are cleaned every single day, fresh bedding and towels every other day. They come around 10am which meant we always had to rush, especially if we had a very late night. Please note that some of the rooms do require you to walk up a steep hill. The pools: There are 3 main pools. 1 infinity style pool at the very top of the hill, one large near to reception/bar area and the third at the bottom near the entrance, this was my favourite and it was less busy and sun beds were always available any time of the day. The third pool is nice and quiet, has a lovely pool bar / snack bar. The food: We didn’t eat here much, had lunch and the burger and chicken were amazing. Staff were friendly. Had breakfast once and there is a big variety which was impressive. Staff: They were friendly and helpful. The area: Koutouloufari - this place is beautiful. It’s authentic, beautiful and hosts a wide range of incredible restaurants, bars and shops. We ate at some really lovely places and the staff cannot do enough for you. Kotoulafari is beautiful, the people are kind and will look after you. Nobody does hospitality the way the Greeks do, seriously, they’re so helpful, attentive and generous. Love how after every meal you get free shots and at times their famous orange pie, you could go crazy on this daily. Some places can be quite expensive but you get what you pay for. My daughter and i had a massage, and it was ok, unfortunately I injured my ribcage getting out the pool so my massage was done with me sitting and in my view was definitely not worth what i paid. Bearing in mind mine was 30mins my daughters was 45 mins and the priceswere the same. Hers she said was really good. All in all it was a great holiday and we spent a lot of time at the pool and going out in the evenings so we spent less time in the room as it was not the most comfortable place to relax. Outside chairs could do with cushions on them as they were hard to sit on for a long periods of time. People are friendly and i reckon that made for a good stay. Would I stay here again, not sure unless I am given a bigger room then I could be persuaded."

"Amazing hotel, we had such a fabulous holiday here. Every member of staff we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, our room was cleaned everyday and towels changed every other, the cleaners do an amazing job. We ate in the hotel during the day, the food and the service was great, We spent time at both the middle and bottom pool, depending on what the kids wanted to do and both pools were lovely, plenty of sun loungers at the bottom pool throughout the day, a lot at the middle pool with towels on all day and noone there. We did the water park trip through the hotel with a mini bus transfer which was great. Great location for restaurants in Koutafalouri, also walking distance to Hersonissos. Would definitely recommend for a lovely family holiday."

"Lovely location within a 5 minute walk of the village and over the road from a small supermarket which was extremely handy. The accommodation is very very basic, we had a one bedroom apartment (606) for 2 adults and one child. It was very small and there was a lack of storage. One wardrobe with two drawers in it and a dressing table with one small drawer. We ending up using suitcases as drawers which wasn’t ideal. The shower soaked the whole bathroom too as there was no shower door and not enough floor towels were provided. The floor was filthy upon arrival but was put right after 2 days. The hotel has 3 pools and we typically used the lower pool, which was lovely. Miki on the bar was lovely. One thing to point out is there were signs around the pool saying you can’t take your own food and drink to the pool, however this is self catering accommodation. It’s worth pointing out that this isn’t heavily policed. There are no sunbed wars here! I would go again but would pay for a larger apartment"
