"I want to share my experience at this hotel to warn other women traveling alone. After spending my first night in a room located directly under the hotel bar, where the noise was unbearable, I went to reception to request a room change. They agreed and sent an employee to show me another room. He took me to a room in an isolated building, away from the main hotel. The employee, who was of medium height, white skin,slim, with black hair, a black mustache, was first noticed by me near the restaurant at breakfast, by the bar. Once we were alone in the room together, I immediately felt uncomfortable. During the visit, he was very close to me before saying, “Sorry, you are so sexy… maybe we can have sex.” His behavior and the way he looked at me were deeply disturbing and threatening. I immediately left the room in shock. I reported the incident to both the reception and the hotel management. Despite this, the employee remained in the hotel and no serious action was taken. I never felt safe for the rest of my stay. I eventually had to change hotels and cut my trip short because of the psychological distress this caused. I am sharing this review purely as a warning so that other women can stay safe and be cautious before booking this hotel."

"The hotel itself was very nice, clean, good location. Rooms ok I Booked for all inclusive, worst ever / very disappointed, certainly not as advertised. Variety of food was very poor, basic, no cooked meats. Drinks only available at the pool bar outside, local / cheap brands only. Inside the hotel we had to pay for our drinks, very costly i.e. 8 euros for a pint. Despite the above, the staff were very pleasant and helpful."
