"We had a fantastic time at Elios Hill. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and allocated us a well located room given our daughters are 5 and 4 respectively. The pool and splash park were brilliant for the kids, and the entertainment was also very good, with lots of variety. The buffet was very good overall, with lots of variety each day, and the a la carte restaurants were even better. The allowance for a trip to each of the 3 a la carte restaurants over the course of the week is more than fair, and more generous than some similar hotels. A word of advice - book the a la carte restaurants as soon as you can after arrival, as they can get booked up quickly. Selection of drinks was generally good, but the wine options within the all inclusive were probably the only obvious thing that could/should be improved, with no offence intended to the local Cretan wine producers! Overall, we had a great time at Elios Hill and have already recommended the resort to some close friends and family. Thank you to the team for looking after us!"

"We’re on our last day at this fabulous resort and can honestly say we’ve had a fantastic time from start to finish. The resort is sleek, modern and beautifully maintained throughout, with a spacious and relaxing feel. Our room was excellent: modern, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The same high standards of cleanliness were noticeable throughout the whole resort. The food and drink have been top class and a real highlight of our stay. There was always plenty to enjoy, and the quality throughout was excellent. The gym was also very well equipped, which was a welcome bonus. What really makes this resort special, though, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention has to go to Maikalis at the adult pool, who helped make our time there particularly enjoyable, as well as the bar staff at the Cloud Bar, who regularly went above and beyond. Their friendliness and excellent service really added to our holiday. The resort is only a short walk from Heronissos, which was nice for a change of scenery, although we were always very happy to get back to the comfort and atmosphere of our resort afterwards! The evening entertainers always put in a huge amount of effort and worked hard to create an enjoyable atmosphere. If I had to mention one slight negative, it would be that the Animation team at night appeared a disengaged. However, this was a very minor point and certainly didn’t detract from what was an excellent holiday overall. We leave with some fantastic memories and would have no hesitation in recommending this resort to others. It has everything we look for in a holiday: modern surroundings, excellent facilities, great food and drink, high standards of cleanliness and, above all, friendly and hardworking staff. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return in the future."
