"We have been coming back to Creta Maris since 2018, with our family growing from grandparents to grandchildren, four families in total, and every visit feels like coming home. We absolutely love this place. The beautiful, village-like atmosphere makes the resort feel warm and welcoming. The lovely beach, pools and waterpark, and wonderful choice of restaurants make it possible to find something for everyone in the family. Rooms are very comfortable and well taken-care of by the housekeeping staff, attentive to your every need and request. You don't even need to bring your own soap and shampoo. But what makes Creta Maris truly special for us is the people! They run a massive operation at the resort, and it is truly impressive to see how smoothly and efficiently everything is managed. Despite the size and complexity of the hotel, everything seems to run seamlessly- nothing is ever missing, and every detail is taken care of. Most importantly, they do it all with kindness and a smile. We send a big thank you to the whole Creta Maris team from here. A very special thank you to Mr. Manolis Geronymakis, Head of Reception! Year after year, he greets us with genuine warmth and kindness, making us feel not like guests, but like family. He is a true example of exceptional hospitality- professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. His personal attention and warm nature have made a lasting impression on all of us and are a big part of why we look forward to returning to Creta Maris year after year. We are also thankful to Chef Vagelis, who was very helpful with some special dietary needs we had and did everything with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make our experience comfortable.
