"We had a wonderful stay from 8–18 October! Everything was excellent — the cleanliness, delicious food, restaurant service, beautiful surroundings, and the genuine willingness of the staff and management to help. Special thanks to Kostas for his entertaining raki presentation and charming, professional service, and to Daniela at the bar for her kindness and amazing cocktails and coffee. A big shout-out to the fantastic entertainer, sports activities organiser, and DJ Yesser, whose energy, communication skills, and enthusiasm created such a fun and uplifting atmosphere! We truly appreciated the attention and hospitality of the entire team. We are already dreaming of coming back! Highly recommended!"

"Have just returned from this hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay. It seems to us there is a family vibe with the staff. We were on HB and can confirm there were a lot of food options at dinner. Breakfast had some variety at times. Contrary to another review, hotels do charge for safes. We were charged at another hotel in Crete on a previous trip. If you aren't happy to pay then get a sturdy lock for you bag to store your valuables. The entertaintment was okay. Most nights there seemed to be just music. Maybe cos it's end of season. At least the hotel posted when there was something&when there wasn't. Special mentions to Ardit&Kostas (sp?) At the restaurant. Daniela in the pool bar. The onsite minimart shop owner who was super helpful. The staff who checked us&gave us a welcome drink. In terms of public transport, there is a bus stop less than 1o mins walk away. They are supposed to be at 15 past the hr. Be aware they can be late or not even stop. The talos land train stops near the hotel but not always. An easy way to visit Lake Kournos. Supermarkets are about 20 mins walk away. Downsides - on 2 occassions staff cleared our table prematurely. There were quick apologies. We know staff need to do a quick turnaround but think that maybe they should wait a bit longer or check with guest before they leave. One staff member did check before clearing plates. Housekeeping didn't lock our rm on one day. We know that that wasn't deliberate but it gave us anxiety. Note it was reported immediaty&dealt with. Despite the issues, we definitely liked the hotel and staff."

"Stay first week of sept. Mr Bandeli créâtes us at the réception upon arrival. He gave the tone for the whole week, followed by Yasser at the sport activities. We enjoyed our week all the staff is amazing well done Manager and assistant manager the Lovely tunisien lady. Bravoo"
