"I stayed here for a week in october 2021 with my teenage children. We are very happy and have good memories from Crete and staying in hotel Delfina ART is one of them. The room we have stayed in was very nice, clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary equipment. The apartment also had a large balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains and pool area. The food was very tasty and everyone could find something for himself, even my "all time hungry" son was satisfyed. There is free Internet access in whole area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed here 5 nights in September 2021 to celebrate our honeymoon. Here are 5 takeaways by A & B 1) Location: in relation to Crete, it’s a good location from Chania (40-50mins), close to Rethymno (20mins), 1.5 hr from Balos Beach. The beach is across the street and there is a local family restaurant around the corner from the hotel. It is in a hotel district of this town so there are several other hotels in the area. THERE IS NOTHING TO DO IN THIS TOWN! But, you are close to other towns if you rent a car which is a must for visiting Crete 2) DO NOT GET HALF BOARD! Do get this breakfast but because there are other places to eat that are not far if you have a car, save yourself the trouble of being disappointed by the dinner. The food was average overall, more like hit and miss. There are other options within walking distance and several other hotel restaurants. 3) The Room. We spent 5 nights in the luxury suite with private pool. The room is very nice and even came with a washer and dryer! The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi jets didn’t work after 25 seconds. Great room, but do not book this suite as it was a waste of money for us 4) Service. The service is hit or miss. Some people are really nice and friendly, others not so much. However, more staff members were friendly than not. 5) Overall: if you are looking for luxury and more amenities, this is not the place. For the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it at all. We walked by several hotels that looked a lot nicer albeit we didn’t see the rooms. And there you have it! #ABTAKES5"
