"We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous hotel. As soon as we walked in, we loved the decor and the welcome we received. The rooms were kept perfectly clean, the food was amazing and abundant, the staff were lovely and the evening entertainment was top quality. The choice of restaurants kept the food varied and the beach is lovely. There are lots of things to do with the family on site, but also it is possible to have a very peaceful chilled time, if that is what you are wanting. My only disappointment was the amount of plastic water bottles that the hotel used. I would love to see water holders supplied to guests and water dispensers for guests to top up with, to cut down on this awful usage. But other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is magnificent, impeccably clean, very quiet in October, our room was spacious, the bedding perfect, the meals, in buffet form, were varied and suited to everyone's taste, themed restaurants are also offered by reservation. It is impossible to get bored in such a place: pools, activities, easy access to the beach by golf cart or in a few minutes on foot. The staff is very courteous, discreet but always available."

"This is a stunning hotel with really friendly and efficient staff. The room we had was very spacious and we had a shared pool outside which many rooms seem to have. It was all very clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool is lovely and there is a separate children's pool with waterslides. The beach is nearby and is really beautiful with a bar, restaurant and free sunbeds. We were all inclusive which was very good value. You can book a restaurant 3 times in a week, the Italian one is amazing. Our only tiny gripe was that we didn't like the food all arriving very quickly in the Greek and the seafood restaurants, also didn't like not being able to choose what we wanted to eat. But the buffet is really good so it doesn't matter too much! There isn't much nearby to walk to but you can get a bus to Chania and a little land train to the lake. I would happily stay there again, we had a great holiday!"
