Elounda Residence Resort & Waterpark’s located on a hillside with beautiful panoramic views over the bay in the quaint fishing village of Elounda. It’s a friendly, family-run resort where you can expect plenty of traditional Greek hospitality.
The resort has plenty of facilities to make your holiday relaxing and fun. There’s a main pool and spa center, an outdoor gym, sports fields, a waterpark, a fun park, and even a handy mini-market on site.
The all-inclusive program, meanwhile, is packed with choice. The main buffet restaurant, Ariadne, serves Mediterranean and international dishes. You can also book dinner at the Greek taverna Raki & Meze or the grill restaurant, McCretan. The waterpark has its own snack buffet with food favorites for kids. And for drinks, you can head to the main pool bar Veghera or the waterpark pool bar Thalassa. In July and August, the Fun Park Bar opens too, from the afternoon to the evening.
There’s always some animation or entertainment going on, too. During the day, there are activities like aqua gym, pool games, sports competitions, and the kids’ club. In the evenings, there’s entertainment such as quizzes, karaoke, a mini disco for children, dance parties and live music.
All rooms and apartments are comfortable and come with a private balcony or terrace. If you want something extra, there are maisonette villas with a private pool, along with premium double and premium maisonette rooms.
Ready to venture out? Elounda town center is a 20-minute stroll away. Alternatively hop on the hotel’s free daily shuttle bus from the reception car park – it’ll take you directly to the main road of Elounda. There you can spend hours exploring its many cafés, tavernas, shops, and sandy beach. And for something truly memorable, get on a boat and set sail to the famous UNESCO world heritage listed island of Spinalonga for its fascinating history and 16th-century Venetian fortress.
