Kydon The Heart City Hotel

"Due to a delay with my flight - I was a guest at the Kydon - I felt so well looked after from the moment I arrived at reception - Such a warm welcome - my stay included an evening meal, which was simply outstanding. The room a good size with all the standard amenities; but the standout was how luxurious the bedding was - smooth crisp sheets, light fluffy duvet and mattress so comfortable. I'd like to thank all the staff, you made me feel like I was a very welcome guest."

"Kydon is really in the heart of the historic part of the city. Very good hotel, well equipped, clean and having its own parking lot. Excellent service from the very friendly staff. On the medium term, I would recommend the hotel to invest in changing the bath room tubs into Italian type showers that will match better with the hotel standard. A special "efharisto" to the reception and breakfast room staff."

"The hotel is perfectly located for walking access to all that Chania has to offer. The food service is top tier from the perfectly cooked eggs at breakfast to the al dente pasta dishes. The hotel staff were a real treat they were professional and extremely attentive. Morning always started with a smile from Eri, Zoi, and Elena. Katerina and Despina were always ready for any and all needs. Nikos and Marios are artists with the cars. I never had to wait or worry about my car. Last but not least Rena, she made this trip so much more than I ever could have desired by expertly guiding us to sights we never would have known to see, keeping our bellies full with all manor of local cuisine, ensuring that we wanted for nothing and being an all around delightful person. Kydon and the staff have my highest recommendation for a stay and will be where I stay on subsquent visits."
