This is a stay that sits firmly in the slow lane – think lazy mornings camped out by the pool, afternoons spent flitting between the sauna and the steam room, and cooking classes revolving around olive-based cuisine. If you do fancy amping up the energy levels a tad, there’s a fitness centre on-site, or you can mosey next door to Leptos Panorama Hotel and flex your skills on their padel court.
Food here is as soul-soothing as you’d expect.
