"We chose Casa Delfino for our honeymoon, and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Chrissy, who was invaluable throughout our stay. She was lovely, attentive, and went out of her way to make our time in Chania truly special. The location is ideal: right in the heart of the old town, yet it never feels overly crowded or noisy. Everything is within easy walking distance, and it's a peaceful retreat to come back to after a day of exploring. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and the private rooftop terrace overlooking the Old Venetian Harbour was simply breathtaking. Watching the harbour from our own terrace, especially in the evenings, is a memory we'll treasure forever. If you're looking for a romantic, beautifully located hotel with genuinely kind and caring staff, we couldn't recommend Casa Delfino more highly. We hope to return one day!"

"It is our last night here and we are sad to leave. This hotel and spa are amazing. The staff are so helpful, every request was met with a warm, perfect response. Alexandros, Elena, Chrissy and more were so amazing. The breakfast service is fantastic, the owner’s mother’s recipes of casseroles, pies, fruit, breads, egg and more. But on top of the delicious breakfast food, was the extraordinary staff that helped serve you, Maria’s smile was contagious . The open courtyard where breakfast was served was a quiet oasis in the middle of the old city’s bustle outside. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old city, a short 7 minute walk to the old port where there are a plethora of restaurants and the old wall and lighthouse that are worth visiting. We took advantage of the spa as well and had wonderful massages. The staff helped us with dinner recommendations and set up our reservations. When we got to the restaurants, we were treated like royalty! We met Margarita, the gracious managing director of the place. She is a 6th generation descendant of the Delfino family. Would give this place 6 stars if we could!"

"We had a wonderful three-night stay at Casa Delfino and cannot recommend it highly enough. This is a truly special property—historic, charming, beautifully decorated, and full of character. Our ground level room was spacious and unique, and the entire hotel felt like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Chania's Old Town. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with many homemade specialties, and the rooftop terrace was spectacular. One evening we enjoyed drinks there while watching the sun set over Chania and the Venetian harbor—one of our favorite memories of our stay. What made Casa Delfino particularly special, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, personable, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director, a sixth-generation member of the family that has owned the property, which made learning about the hotel's remarkable history even more meaningful. Casa Delfino is much more than a beautiful place to stay—it feels like a part of Chania's history. We loved our time there and would return without hesitation."
