Hotel Mimosa

"Just had a week at this hotel the room was large with plenty of storage and towels frequently changed. It is a 3 star hotel and as others have said the shower and tv are small and there is a kettle but no cups or tea or coffee there are 2 pools but due to the thunderstorms the sunbeds were extremely wet. However the location is great it’s at the end of the strip with lots of bars which run from the front through to the beach snd lots of shops. Turn left and walk to Canal D’Amour which is lovely recommend the D’Amour beach bar have lunch overlooking the beach toastie and large beer or wine €10. Tracey on reception is very helpful and allocated us a sea view as I requested and Andreas efficiently runs the restaurant with a little help from Dimitri the bar man who always served with a smile. Food was good with a choice on the menu but specials every day compliments to the chef meat was always so tender. Although we had mixed weather we had a lovely week and would return"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. Don’t be fooled by the photos, this hotel needs improvement. The sun loungers are old and grubby. Breakfast is poor, with cheap boring options. There were 3 large bowls of jam out to make it look like there’s more choice available. There’s no fresh fruit or juice. The breakfast tables are not laid so you have to find your own cutlery etc. The staff walk round in hoodies clearing the tables, leaning over you whilst you’re eating. One of staff members was hanging around the buffet area every morning, pacing about which was very off putting. The rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable and there was a good sized terrace. There’s a kettle in the room with paper cups but no complimentary tea & coffee. The shower is really small, even for the petite lady. There are two swimming pools which are actually very nice but the flooring is loose around the pool at the back which needs attention. The transfer from the airport turned out to be 2.5 hours, not the 50 mins I was led to believe due to several drop offs en route. On the way back it was just over an hour. The resort is lovely with some fantastic restaurants & a supermarket close by."

"We stayed here for 4 nights 28.09.26. Hotel was ok. staff friendly & helpfull, breakfastwas spot on & location was really good. Pool was too cold, I did try. Prices at the bar for food & drinks was ok."
