Beach Star Hotel

"A fabulous budget hotel rooms are basic but cleaned every day by lovey ladies left them a good tip so deserving of it the pool and pool area all newly renovated not like the pictures you see , really lovely staff, beach is lovely but stones so were water shoes pool cleaned every night no loud music just lovely families enjoying them self , 10 minutes walk to strip lots of good restaurants and bars not mad loud crowds , walk end of strip more restaurants and the canal is really lovely especially at sunset best views from this side of the island ,"

"Really lovely stay here. The hotel is well maintained and right next to the beach. The main strip is a 10 minute walk a d 2 supermarkets minutes away. Lovely.staff who are very helpful. You will be happy staying here"

"This hotel is situated right beside the beach. Location was lovely. We booked on a 'bed and breakfast' basis. Facilities are good with a lovely pool and bar area just 8m across the road from the main building. Accommodation was basic but comfortable enough given you don't spend much time in your room on holiday. We were a bit disappointed to have to pay extra for air conditioning, but it was necessary given the temperature. What was particularly disappointing was the poor breakfast choice. Everything based on the 'English' breakfast. First day beans were cold. Coffee was always luke warm. Toast seemed made from cheap or stale bread. We ended up buying yoghurt from a local shop. 'Continental' breakfast was only toast and jam. Staff seemed inexperienced but were pleasant and polite. I would only recommend this hotel if you could ensure the breakfast menu was improved or if you could book on a self catering basis to not include the poor breakfast."
