Come evening, the intimate Asian restaurant turns  into a more hands-on affair. Japanese yakiniku grills and Chinese shabu-shabu bring premium cuts, seasonal vegetables, layered marinades, and bubbling broths to the table, with dishes designed for cooking and sharing together.
