"Visited for my honeymoon and couldn't have been happier, the staff were extremely friendly from the the head waiter, the small Greek waitress late 20s who I think was called Elda or something similar, the barman and another waiter with beard and the receptionist girl plus the head of guests or some similar title were all very friendly which is important for me. The food was fantastic, pool area was great, gym was good, location was OK. Definitely would stay again if I return to Corfu"

"I initially booked this stay to travel with a family member, but unfortunately I was involved in an accident and informed them that I could no longer make the trip 2-3 weeks in advance. I had already paid the full deposit of £1,700, not just a partial amount, and requested a refund due to the circumstances. However, I was told that it was non-refundable and that there was nothing they could do. I find this completely unethical. In my experience, even when bookings are marked as non-refundable, many hotels are understanding and willing to make exceptions in cases of emergencies or situations beyond a guest’s control. The lack of compassion and flexibility here was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not stay here."

"Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good- loads of fresh fruit and juice and pastries etc as well as cooked options. The pool was a great size and very quiet when we were there (may/June 2026). The treatments we had at the spa were very good too. To find a couple of nice restaurants, head up the path past reception up the hill and use your key card to open the electric gates at the top. Turn right onto the road and you’ll come to Mylos on the right, or carry on round the corner to Panorama. Both have amazing views. Mylos is more expensive and exclusive, whereas Panorama is cheaper with a wider menu, but still really good."
